Order Processing

- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Peak periods: 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next business day.
- Pre-order items ship on/around the stated release window; orders containing pre-order and in-stock items may ship separately.
- Address edits/cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of placing your order by contacting [email protected]. Requests are not guaranteed once processing begins.
Domestic U.S. Shipping

- Standard: 3–7 business days, tracked (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
- Expedited: 2–3 business days, tracked.
- Express: 1–2 business days, tracked and prioritized.
- Rates are calculated at checkout by destination, weight, and service.
- Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders $150+ (after discounts, before tax). Exclusions may apply to oversized/heavy items.
International Shipping

- Services: DHL Express, UPS Worldwide, or USPS Priority International (varies by destination).
- Transit time: typically 3–10 business days, not including customs.
- Duties/Taxes: Most countries assess import fees. Unless otherwise stated, these are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery (DDU). We do not control these charges.
- If a package is refused due to duties/taxes, shipping fees and any carrier return charges will be deducted from any refund.
Tracking & Delivery

- You’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS when your order ships.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.
- Signature may be required for high-value orders or at our discretion.
- PO Boxes/APO/FPO: Eligible for USPS services only. Oversized or heavy items may not qualify.
- We are not able to ship to freight forwarders or reshippers.
Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

- Weather, carrier volume, and customs inspections can extend delivery times.
- Marked “Delivered” but not received: Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If not located, contact us within 7 days of the scan.
- Damaged on arrival or missing items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item(s).
- We’ll assist with carrier claims and, where eligible, arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Split Shipments
To get your gear to you faster, we may ship items separately at no additional cost. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel if an order is split.
Pre-Orders & Launches

- Estimated ship windows are shown on the product page.
- Payment is captured at checkout to reserve your unit.
- Ship windows may shift due to production or logistics updates; we’ll email any material changes.
Address Issues

- Enter your address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute parcels once a carrier has picked up.
- Undeliverable/insufficient addresses may be returned to sender; re-shipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days within the U.S. International deliveries typically arrive within 3–10 business days plus any customs processing time.
Yes. We offer free Standard Shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $150 or more (after discounts, before tax). Oversized or heavy items may be excluded.
International orders may be subject to customs fees set by your local government. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are due upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.
Contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order for edit/cancellation requests. We’ll do our best, but once processing begins or a label is created, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Please check around the delivery location, with neighbors, and with your local carrier. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll help investigate and file a claim if needed.
